Our Consultant is available to present and prospective service providers for advice on the planning, development and training, appropriate to all concerned with this client group, and would include the management, staff development, policies and procedures and activity programmes. The Shop
Lynda is now working in conjunction with a separate company to develop a retail shop at 132 Wellington road, Rhyl which is aimed at providing work opportunities/training to develop skills for the disabled individual who intend returning to the work environment. Also at THE SHOP is a functional disabled kitchen which is aimed at O/T assessment and training for daily living skills. Brochure on request through Carenza.

- Advise and consult with service providers / relevant bodies

and maintained.
- Plan and budget new and future developments in the area of younger
persons with dementia, ARBD and KS.
- Advise and Consult unit managers to ensure all in house training
is carried out and appropriate.
- To attend all service users assessments
- To develop care packages appropriate to individuals independence,
physical and funding needs in residential settings / individuals
homes.
- To plan and budget for domiciliary care / out reach support
package.
